My item doesn’t fit. What is your return policy?

Bummer! Zeitgeist offers exchanges or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn with the tags still attached. Customers will be deducted $10 for return shipping and processing.

All sale items are final sale.

How do I make an exchange?

To begin an exchange, email us at wearzeitgeist@gmail.com, and customer service will hit you back ASAP.

Can I change or cancel an order?

As soon as you’ve placed your order, we’re on it! We promise to ship your items within 2-3 business days of your order. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to make any changes as it’s already being processed. You’ll need to place another order or exchange any unwanted items.

What exactly do you mean by retro and vintage?

The term vintage is a blanket term used to describe garments that come from the 1920s-1990s. Vintage clothing is pre-worn and (if you're lucky) occasionally one of a kind. In today's mass-produced world, you might find its brother or sister somewhere out there, but we do our best to curate pieces you won't find just anywhere. 

Consider retro to be like sneaking into a bar underage. While these garments may be twenty or under, they pass for the real deal. While it feels weird to say that 2000 was 20 years ago, we consider anything made from Y2K onwards to be retro. 

It goes without saying that most vintage and retro items will not be in perfect condition and will almost always show some signs of visible wear. We like to imagine there's a great story about how they got there in the garment's past life. These little flaws are what add character to a good vintage outfit. 

When will you have another (insert sold-out vintage item) in stock?

Since our products are upcycled, vintage, or handmade, often we only have one of each item, as they are not mass-produced. We sometimes find similar pieces or make a few that look alike, so keep your eyes peeled for new arrivals. 

I noticed Zeitgeist occasionally sells leather and fur. Does that mean you support these industries?

F&%k no! We sell strictly vintage leather & fur items, which are usually well over 20 years old. We understand if you choose not to agree with our stance on this issue, however, we love animals (our founder has been a veg for ten years), so we would never sell new leather and fur.
